Join me for a guided meditation to unwind, be still, and reconnect with yourself. This session is for all levels of experience. New to meditation? Come on in. Meditate every day? Join us for something different. Always wanted to try meditation? You’ve found the right spot. This is not a silent session. In guided meditation, you will follow the sound of my voice as I lead you on a journey through the meditation. As a Reiki Healer, I will guide you to quiet the noise around you and ground yourself in the present moment. Ideally, you will end the session feeling calm, strong, and all-around really good.

You can meditate in your chair or lying down. I recommend a sweater or blanket because it can get chilly if you hold still for awhile. But other than that, nothing special is required.

The Zoom link will be available after you RSVP. The Zoom meeting will open a few minutes before the time, and the meditation will start promptly at five minutes after the hour. At that point, no more people will be let into the meeting, so please be on time if you want to join us. After the 30-minute meditation, participants are free to log off. I will stay on if anyone would like to share the experiences they had during the meditation, but this is absolutely optional.
