Are you stuck in the snow and cold like me? Or could you just use a little fun movement with a group on Monday morning at 8 Pacific/11 Eastern?

Join me on Zoom for a fun, whole-body workout with no equipment -- just bring a chair and an object you can hold in one hand (small dumbbell, can of beans, yoga block or whatever!).

We'll play music and do a wide range of standing moves, with modifications as desired, including:
- dynamic stretching/mobility
- arm movements
- punching and kicking the air
- stepping in various ways (long, short, quick, backwards)
- squatting and hingeing at the hips
- toe taps and step-outs
- stretching at the end

Music requests very welcome, just message me!

Note: my husband will be participating off-camera, he won't be looking at you, but just so you know he will be there (his arm or leg might fly into the scene every once in a while!).
