A safe place for REAL talk about what living with a chronic condition/disability is really like. We share our experience, strength & hope without judgment. Our conditions may differ, but what others share is almost always relatable.

Some of our recent topics included dealing with stress, lack of energy, acceptance, isolation, getting family & friends to understand, toxic positivity, grief, losing friends, jobs or roles, the need for humor & fun in our lives and wanting to feel sexy & have a satisfying sex life.
