Is consistency a challenge in your fitness routine? Friends make it easier! Please join us. Bring in some gossip to share, vent your frustrations with the world, tell us what's on your mind. The time goes quickly when we're focused on each other and not on the hands of the clock.

This is a continuation of Dale's events. I'll be using my seated pedaler for 30-40 minutes. You can join on your bike, rowing machine, weights, yoga, or walking around your neighborhood — whatever you choose to do for however much you can stand.
