Finding Ground: navigating estrangement (online)

This is an online gathering of Finding Ground, a support group for people navigating estrangement from adult children or family members, as well as others in emotionally intense and challenging family relationships.

Meeting outline
We will have introductions, open sharing, a brief discussion of possible topics for future meetings, and a short grounding practice.
The intention is to have a place to reflect, listen, and make sense of our experiences in the company of others.

Meeting details
Meeting is held online via Zoom. For group safety and connection, please plan to have your camera on.
