Are you a spiritually conscious, heart-centered Ithaca area person looking to make friendships or romantic connections with like-minded people? Do you have time in your life to foster new relationships? If so, please join us for a fun speed friending and dating event.
This event is open to all spiritually conscious people ages 30ish+ of all genders, orientations, and relationship statuses. BIPOC and disabled people are welcome. You will get a chance to meet several new people and hopefully find mutually desired connections with friends or potential partners.
We will be sitting at chairs/tables so please bring anything you need to make yourself comfortable. Dress is casual. If you are able, we would love help setting up or taking down. If you need disability accommodations, please let us know. No childcare will be provided, and this is an adults only event. This is a fragrance free, smoke free, alcohol free event. Please plan to leave your shoes at the door.
The first two hours of the event will include heart-centered activities and time to talk individually with other people. The last hour of the event will allow for unstructured mingling and a potluck meal. Please bring a food item to share with all ingredients labeled for allergy and dietary preferences.

Shula (she/her) is an experienced life coach, energy healer, and 1000 hr Yoga teacher. She is passionate about uplifting people, helping them heal, and find more joy. Elizabeth Galen, Ph.D., (she/her) is a psychic, intuitive healer, energy worker, sewist and photographer. She recently moved to the Ithaca area after 31 years in Austin, Texas.
