What we’re about

Finn's Place group offers a variety of opportunities to develop and enhance your wellbeing. Each person has different needs when it comes to wellbeing and so we offer a wide variety of activities to help people improve their wellbeing. For some it is to de-stress and relax through mindfulness, capacitar or qigong, for others it is to learn something new and stimulating such as singing or art. So check out our activities and see what suits you.
