Lately, industry conversations have been dominated by AI design tools and automated craft. In this wide-ranging talk, Bob explores how Apple influenced the fundamental relationship between humans and technology—reframing software not merely as a utility, but as a medium of individual empowerment.

Blending humanist philosophy with software design, he advocates for building products with deep empathy and concern for the people on the other side of the screen.
