Carl Fischer is the co-founder of CamaPlan and a third-generation real estate developer who began investing in the 1970s. while working as a rocket scientist at Kennedy Space Center. Carl has managed millions in real estate deals across commercial and residential sectors and actively invests in PA, NJ, NY, FL, NC, and WI. Carl has been showing peers how to use qualified funds since the 90’s and his background in engineering, finance, and real estate gives him a unique edge in helping others take control of their financial future.
Matt Moore is the Business Development Manager for CamaPlan. He has raised $40+mm in both real estate and philanthropic ventures. In his role at CamaPlan, he forms strategic partnerships with investment sponsors looking to raise capital from qualified funds.
CamaPlan was founded in 2004 by veteran investors Carl Fischer and Maggie Polisano as a company run “for investors, by investors.” Since its inception, the name “CamaPlan” has come to be synonymous with expertise, flexibility, responsiveness, and diversity of investment choices.
