First Coast Women in Networking (WIN) is an in-person networking community for entrepreneurial women across Florida's First Coast who believe that meaningful relationships are the foundation of lasting business success.

Whether you're launching a new business, growing an established one, or simply looking to connect with like-minded women, you'll find encouragement, practical ideas, and genuine conversation in a welcoming environment.

This is not a recruiting group. This is not an empowerment group built around hype.
It's a place to build authentic relationships, support one another, share resources, and grow together—both personally and professionally.
