We're hosting a relaxed, in-person workshop in Irvine designed to walk you through the homebuying process from start to finish, with real answers, no pressure, and yes, complimentary wine and a cheese board to make the evening a little more enjoyable. Whether you're just starting to explore your options or you're close to ready, you'll leave with a clearer picture of what it takes to buy in Southern California in 2026.

The Itinerary

• 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Arrive early, grab a drink, and get settled. A great chance to meet others on the same path.
• 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: The workshop begins. We'll cover the market, the money, and the process step by step.
• 8:00 PM – 8:15 PM: Open Q&A. Bring your questions, we'll get through as many as we can before we wrap.
