Start your day with Football!
Mixed & inclusive session (18+, all levels) coached by UEFA-licensed staff. We speak English / Spanish (and a bit of German). We train by the beach in Poblenou so you leave reset and ready for the day.

WHO IS IT FOR
Adults 18+, all levels and identities welcome. Mixed play, respect-first, zero ego. Great for expats, freelancers, early birds and anyone who wants a healthier AM routine.
FACILITIES
Changing rooms & showers, water fountains. Bikes: lock outside the venue (easy bike access).
GETTING HERE
Metro L4 Selva de Mar (~8’ walk). Buses H16 / N28 / V27 / V31.
BRING
Trainers to start, multi-stud boots for artificial turf, water. Shin guards optional.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
Diego Aguirre Carmona (Chile) — building First Touch A.M. BCN to make football more inclusive and mixed, and to reframe Mondays: move early, breathe the sea breeze, clear your mind, and start sharp. I’m doing this on my own, with support from UEFA-licensed coaches. Any support—even a quick “good vibes”—means a lot. Hope to meet you at sunrise!
