This adapted, beginner friendly Tai Chi basics class is geared for all levels of fitness.

Active flexibility, balance, core strength, breathing exercises for relaxation, and cognitive skills are the focus of this free class.

Instructor Michael Quebec brings his 43 years of martial arts experience and 20 years of working specifically on senior citizens fitness to this relaxing and enjoyable free workshop.
