Get moving and grooving with Rock n’ Rollin’ Low Impact Aerobics and Dance class! Aerobic dance moves are set to 50’s and 60’s rock n’ roll to help increase heart health and cognitive awareness. You can now register for either Wednesday or Thursday only, or both days. No refunds or credits for missed classes. Instructor: Mike Quebec
