What we're about

Our workouts are about bringing people together and are based on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using nothing but your own bodyweight strength and conditioning philosophy, which alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest. Think push-ups, squats, jumping lunges, burpees... but more creative and interactive!
