Our sessions are about bringing people together, free of charge. Led by experts in their respective fields, FitFam offers HIIT workouts (mostly bodyweight, some with equipment), yoga, running, and animal flow. Our HIIT workouts combine bodyweight strength and conditioning philosophy, which alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest. Think push-ups, squats, jumping lunges, burpees... but more creative and interactive!
