As we’ve all seen on the news, Typhoon UWAN has affected many places, including the hometown of our very own Coach Grace.

In times like this, we need unity, strength, and camaraderie to help those in need. This is why we're hosting a special HIIT Workout for a Cause. All donations collected will go directly to support relief efforts in Coach Grace's hometown. Let's come together to enhance our community resilience. Every single contribution, no matter the size, will be deeply appreciated.

This Sunday's session is designed for ALL levels, especially welcoming those taking their first fitness steps. We'll be doing a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that's scalable to your ability. It's the perfect opportunity to start your journey, push your limits, and connect with like-minded people in a supportive atmosphere—all for a meaningful cause.
