Join me for a short workout focused on core strength, balance, and stability.

We’ll use simple movements to improve posture, body control, and overall strength. Suitable for all levels.

All you need is a yoga mat and a little space to move.

💧 Please drink water before the session. Since the workout is only 15 minutes, there should be no need to drink during the workout.

If possible, join with your camera on so I can provide guidance throughout the session.
