Meet other people who want to life a healthy active lifestyle at PerFit, Personal Fitness Center. We are small boutique studio that does not have large crowds and we cater to our clients in our Family Friendly Atmosphere.

This is the home of the World Famous A.L.I. Bootcamp on Hollywood Beach since 1997, the longest running Bootcamp in all of Florida. Our Group Studio presently has Vixen Dance Fitness, Yoga & Meditation with more classes coming.

CLASS SCHEDULE: SATURDAY MORNING 9AM TO 11AM MEET UP MEMBERS SPECIAL OFFER: 1ST CLASS IS FREE!!!!! Welcome to the A.L.I. (Attitude Lifestyle Improvement) Bootcamp Program!! Basic Training! This is where new recruits take the first step to better health. The benefit of improving your health is your body will change for the better. Class consists of fast pace walking in the sand to a light jog for cardio endurance, abs, coordination exercises, and strength training to ” Wake up” dormant muscles. The “Drill Instructors” will introduce you gradually to the result-oriented program. As you continue to work then the intensity increases. You will be pushed to your limits and sometimes just beyond. You will tighten those abs and like it. Drill Instructors will guide you through the “Pain”. Your mental attitude will start to be developed for better mental strength, Remember, “The beatings will continue until morale improves.” ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOMED AND ENCOURAGED

This is an open invitation for EVERY MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY OR ANY OTHER DAY for all those that would like to have a trial workout of what it is like to workout in one of our T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More) workouts. We have been here for 10 years doing our group workouts and the easiest way to see if this form of exercise and workout is for you is to just come and try it for yourself. A Trial workout is just $10 for you to come and "kick the tires" , and experience our laid back, friendly atmosphere. There is never any pressure to join after your trial workout. facebook: PerFit The workouts we do are like Gym Class designed to get you in better health and fitness, you progress at your pace without pushing you to injury. We know that our TEAMS help people stay motivated and your TEAM is the first to say "hey where were you last time", it is amazing how the pack moves together and achieves together. We invite you to come try and we have multiple hours every day for TEAM training. Daily: 6am, 6:30 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30 etc on and on
