**Free Fitness Warrior t-shirt for your first workout 💪
Join likeminded people in group fitness classes to challenge ourselves, share fun times and accountability. All workouts are free and sponsored by Sports Backers / Fitness Warriors.
The classes are open to all fitness levels and centered on circuits in interval training. We use body weights. No equipment required. Just a yoga mat and lots of movement options.
This meetup group is for the downtown Richmond public library main branch location only. Fitness Warriors offer free workouts in many greater Richmond areas.
