Fitness With Patrice

Zumba and Hip Hop Fitness Dance class. In this class we will dance for about 45 mins to fun upbeat music followed by 10 to 15 mins of deep stretching and flexibility movement. Please bring your mat. This is a group fitness class different from my Zumba/Hip Hop dance class. This class is a flex between a HITT class, Circuit training, flexibility training/strength training. It’s a full body workout using bodyweight, resistance bands, and some light weights. Please bring a mat.
