Zumba and Hip Hop Fitness dance and step class.This class is 30 mins of cardio dance to all music format followed by 30 mins step on a step riser to hip hop music. You can burn anywhere between 300 to 900 calories. Please register for class https://www.kennesaw-ga.gov/parks-and-recreation/

This is a group fitness class different from my Zumba/Hip Hop dance class. This class is a flex between a HITT class, Circuit training, flexibility training/strength training. It’s a full body workout using bodyweight, resistance bands, and some light weights. Please bring a mat.
