This is a group fitness class different from my Zumba/Hip Hop dance class. This class is a flex between a HITT class, Circuit training, flexibility training/strength training. It’s a full body workout using bodyweight, resistance bands, and some light weights. Please bring a mat.

Please register for class https://www.kennesaw-ga.gov/parks-and-recreation/ look for Strong HITT under the Zumba section.
Also when you arrive please sign in at the front desk. Class fee is $6 paid directly to the Rec.
