The purpose of this groups is to educate and introduce the benefits of Qigong. Five Element Qigong Meditation flow: Qigong (chee-gung) is an ancient practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine to produce free flow energy within the body by utilizing lenient movements and exercises. Practicing Qigong meditations provides internal rejuvenation, helps increase energy, manage stress, release tension and eliminate discomfort. Five Element Qigong focuses on balancing the internal organs, to restore our vital energy and bring forth harmony within. Qigong is a great way to teach empowerment and mastering our energy.
All can join, family friendly practices.
They are 40 min each session, however, there are no rules which state session have to be an hour. Great thing about practicing is that you can practice as much as you would like. I begin with cleansing exercises very simple, easy, light to release tension, and stress. Then move into a meditation called center & balance, where I will guide you to scan your body; from, back and center. I proceed with the five organ & element exercise to focus on balance on all organs within the body.
