Meditation and mindfulness doesn't have to take hours out of your life. In fact, just a few minutes of mindfulness a day can make a huge impact on your wellbeing.

My name is Aryana, and I have been meditating for over twenty years. When I started, I was told that I had to meditate for at least an hour in order to get any benefits. This just led to frustration and even more stress as I struggled to clear my mind and meditate "correctly". As an adult, I have discovered that a few minutes of guided mindfulness a day is sometimes all that's needed to reduce my stress, increase my confidence, and help me feel more in control of my life.

It can be hard to be motivated to meditate by yourself, so use this group as a reason to take a few minutes for yourself at whatever frequency you want.

This Meetup is not for people who are looking for intense or spiritual-based meditation.

Instead, this Meetup is perfect for busy individuals who want to incorporate mindfulness into their daily routine. Each session will be only five minutes long and will be scheduled so you can join before or after your workday. We won't be talking together, so you don't need to feel awkward if you are the only one on the call. You'll never be asked to "clear your mind." Instead, it will simply be a five-minute guided meditation to prepare you for the day ahead or help you unwind after a long day.

This event is completely free. Donations are welcome, but there is absolutely no pressure to ever contribute. This group is for YOU to have a place to come when you need five minutes away from the craziness of your life.
