Goal setting and time management discussion at Matador!

Hey friends! I will be presenting and also leading discussions to help people make the most of their lives.

We're going to meet at the west side Matador and have more of an informal but hopefully useful conversation.

Some themes we'll go over....

• Taking inventory of your daily life and identifying what you want to change
• Preparing your mind for positive change
• Getting organized/managing time
• Focusing on wellness
• Setting specific goals
