July Hike 'n' Dose
Details
š² Hike 'N' Dose: A Dose of Nature. A Dose of Community. A Dose of Fresh Air. š„¾
Join Frontline Fenix and the Flagstaff Psychedelic Society for a guided community hike focused on connection, mindfulness, education, and intentional recovery.
Together, we'll explore the benefits of spending time in nature, building community, and engaging in meaningful conversation. This event will also include education and open discussion surrounding microdosing, alternative wellness approaches, and responsible healing practices in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Whether you're a frontline professional, support someone who serves, are curious about learning more about microdosing, or simply need time to reconnect, you're invited to join us on the trail.
What to Expect:
⢠Easy to moderate hike with a sober guide
⢠Intention-setting circle
⢠Guided mindfulness prompts
⢠Community conversation
⢠Reflection opportunities
⢠Education on microdosing and alternative wellness approaches
⢠Post-hike integration discussion
This event is especially welcoming to first responders, healthcare professionals, veterans, and those who spend their lives caring for others, though all adults 21+ are welcome.
