Every second Monday, the Flamenco For Life studio opens its doors to give free introductory Flamenco classes to those who are curious to try Flamenco for the first time.
Enjoy 2 free visits and invite a friend to get an extra 2 visits to any other regular weekly classes you choose.
If you and your friend join, you'll both enjoy a 15% discount on your first semester at Flamenco for Life.
***Join the event asap if you are interested as the studio space is small and can only hold 5 students at a time! It's first come, first served; however, I'm more than happy to rent a larger space if 10 or more people are interested on any particular Monday.
What to expect:
A brief description and video on what Flamenco is and where it comes from.
A warm up.
Learning the basics of Flamenco rhythm, posture, footwork, arm work, and hand motions.
To potentially fall in love with Flamenco and get hooked for a lifetime like I did after my very first class. Fair warning!=)

What to wear:
Comfortable clothes and supportive athletic shoes (runners of any kind will do!).

Just yourself, some water, and your curiosity! I have plenty of alkaline filtered water on hand for you too if you forget your water bottle!
