Come be part of a flash mob format line dance event in Napa!
First we'll learn My Paradise and the Jerusalema, easy level, upbeat and inspirational line dances together, in three practice sessions over several weeks. Then we'll perform the dances! A flash mob, for those who are unfamiliar with the concept, is a planned performance that appears to be spontaneous and therefore has a wonderful surprise element to it. Anyone who enjoys dance is welcome.
The purpose of the event is to bring the community together through the joy of dance.
The dance, My Paradise is choreographed by Hotma Tiarma Purba from Indonesia to the song, Isle of Paradise by Blue Lagoon, a German band.

The hit song, Jerusalema, was written by South African singer Nomcebo Zikode during the pandemic while battling her own depression. It is sung in isiZulu. The dance is created by Angolan dance troupe Fenómenos do Semba.
