About us

This is a casual, safe space for women of all ages living with body dysmorphia and appearance anxiety to be in community with others who get it.

Meet-ups are loosely structured and focused around having an honest dialogue about whatever comes up around these topics. Share what's on your mind, work through challenges, celebrate wins, or simply be in community with other women living with body dysmorphia and appearance anxiety.

The goal is to feel less alone in this and slowly build capacity for self acceptance, because we all deserve to feel at home in our own body.

This might resonate with you if:
-You spend hours thinking about how you look and wish you could just turn it off
-You dread mirrors, or can't stop looking in them
-How you look on any given day determines how you feel about yourself
-You struggle to feel worthy or enough because of the way you look
-Your appearance feels like something to manage, hide or fix
-You can't remember the last time you felt comfortable just existing in your body

If you're tired of struggling with this alone, this group is for you.
