Do you also have hangovers from Agile Scaling Frameworks that did not deliver as promised? Here’s an alternative: Flight Levels.
Flight Levels is not a scaling framework. Instead, it is a way to smoothly coordinate and manage the flow of work, so people can do what is important: getting things done. Fully implemented, it operates on three levels in the organisation – the Operational level, the Coordination level, and the Strategic level. You implement what is needed, which is basically about having the right people in front of the right information to make the right decisions at the right time.
In this first meetup of the Flight Levels® Flight Club – Denmark, Russell Hill – a Flight Levels Guide/Coach and Accredited Kanban Trainer – will give an introduction to the concepts of Flight Levels and share his experiences from implementing it in various contexts.
The introduction will be followed by a discussion among the participants.
