Jane Goodall Day Documentary Meetup: Ghost Elephants
In celebration of Jane Goodall Day on April 3, we are gathering to watch the documentary Ghost Elephants together at The Dairy Arts Center.
Jane Goodall’s work reminds us of the deep intelligence, emotional lives, and social bonds animals share. While her groundbreaking research focused on chimpanzees, the spirit of her work extends to all animals and the importance of protecting wildlife and their habitats.
Ghost Elephants explores the lives of elephants and the complex relationships they share with humans and their environment. Elephants are among the most intelligent and socially connected animals on the planet, forming deep family bonds and communicating across long distances.
This meetup is an opportunity for our community to come together, learn more about wildlife conservation, and reflect on how our choices can support animals and the planet.
