Advanced Defensive Handgun Level Four (ADH4)

Course Brief:

This course is based on the concept that all students are now fully and unconsciously competent with their pistols. This means you can operate the pistol effectively without any actual thought process. Once you are this stage in your competency, you will be looking to “kick it up a notch”, and that’s what we do in ADH4. This class goes into gun fighting techniques a little deeper with some unconventional techniques and a focus on repetitive drills in a scenario based training environment. Topics covered include: Multiple assailant techniques, fighting from the ground, hostage scenarios, fighting your way to the pistol and more.

Skills and Requirements Needed Coming Into this Class:

• All requirements for Advanced Defensive Handgun Level One (ADH1)
  PLUS
• Must have independently practiced the skills taught in ADH3 and be able to perform them with unconscious competency.
• Must possess the mental and emotional fortitude to take physical and verbal stressors from instructors and outside environment.

Required Prerequisite Course:

• Advanced Defensive Handgun Level Three

Equipment List:

• Your Chosen Handgun
• 400-500 Rounds Ammunition (This may be purchased at the range.)
• A Standard Strong Side Carry Holster for your Chosen Handgun (*Holster Guidelines (http://floridafirearmstraining.com/Handgun.html#Holster_Guidelines))
• Minimum of 3 Pistol Magazines (The more the better!)
• Sturdy Gun Belt and Pants with Belt Loops
• Magazine Pouches
• Full-wrap Eye and Ear Protection (May be rented from the range.)
• Knee and Elbow Pads
• Weapon Cleaning and Lubrication Equipment
• Pen and Paper
  Maximum Student to Instructor Ratio: 5:1
  Maximum Number of Students: 15

Full payment will be due to the instructor at the start of class, cash or credit. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. This card will not be charged unless you incur one of the following fees:
$25 Administrative Fee for any schedule changes or cancellations (regardless of cause)
$125 Late Cancellation Fee for changes or cancellations made within 72 hours of class.
$275 No Show Fee for cancellations received with 24 hours of the class and no shows.
