Hump Day Paddle on Coldwater Creek

Come out and enjoy a great day on the river paddling 6 miles on Coldwater Creek with the Choctawhatchee Chapter of the Florida Trail Association. This fantastic creek is mostly spring fed, which keeps the water cold with clear shallow water and one of the swiftest currents in Florida.

PLEASE NOTE: Everyone MUST have a wearable life jacket and everyone is also REQUIRED to have a whistle.

This is a bring your own boat event. No rentals available. No pets please.

We will be kayaking from the Coldwater Creek Recreation Area down to Wagner Bridge on Springhill Road.

We will meet at the parking area near the bridge across the street from the Coldwater Creek Recreation Area.
