Come and join us as we explore the use of meditation and Flow Writing as tools for Self-Exploration and healing. We begin with a short, spiritual discussion on the theme for the class. Followed by a guided meditation, with time allowed in silence for reflection. After that we will immediately begin to Flow Write which allows you to follow a stream of consciousness that captures the many thoughts and feelings, passing through the mind, without hesitation, inhibition or correction. When we Flow Write after meditation, the meditation continues as we watch our thoughts and express them pen to paper. You can use a keyboard if you prefer. This is where healing takes place as we witness our thoughts while writing them down. There will be time to share your writing if you choose to. Some spiritual prompts may be added to help get you started. No prior writing experience is necessary. Come with an open mind and desire to enhance your spiritual growth.
