What we’re about

In this group we’ll be exploring how to use meditation and flow writing for self exploration and healing. Flow writing allows you to follow a stream of consciousness that captures the many thoughts and feelings that pass through the mind without inhibition. We begin with a short meditation allowing you to center yourself making it easier to bring up inner thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back from experiencing your authentic self. No writing experience is necessary. Flow writing is another form of meditation to enhance your spiritual practice.
