Unfold: A Summer Reset Through Mindful Art

July in Lisbon has its own rhythm.
The days are longer, the city is warmer, and life often feels both expansive and overwhelming at the same time. While summer invites us to slow down, many of us find ourselves carrying full schedules, restless minds, and a nervous system that hasn't quite caught up.
"Unfold" is a mindful art workshop designed as a gentle pause within the season.
Together, we'll begin with a short grounding practice before moving into a guided creative process using white hand fans, paint, color, and reflection. Through simple prompts and intuitive mark-making, you'll be invited to explore what this season feels like for you: what needs cooling, what is asking for space, and what might be ready to unfold.
This is not an art class. There are no techniques to master and no artistic experience required. The focus is on the creative process itself: slowing down, paying attention, and allowing expression to emerge naturally.
You'll leave with a hand-painted fan that is both practical and personal, a reminder of the evening and the space you created for yourself.
