About us
Fluid Art & Wellness is an online space for mindful creativity across borders.
This group hosts occasional free and paid online workshops exploring mindfulness, emotional regulation, and self-reflection through art-based practices.
Sessions are accessible, gentle, and designed for adults who want to slow down and reconnect, wherever they are located.
The group serves as an entry point into longer programs, thematic series, and online cohorts focused on wellbeing, creativity, and psychological safety.
No art background is required.
This is not an art class or therapy, but an evidence-informed creative wellbeing practice.
Open to participants across Europe and beyond.
Mindfully led by Clinical Psychologist trained in Art Therapy Aida, founder of Fluid Art & Wellness: fluidartwellness.com

The Mask & The Mirror: An evening of Mindful Art in Lisbon
ON - cowork spaces, CC do Moinho de Vento 5, 1150-236 Lisboa, Portugal, Lisboa, PTOne week before Halloween, Lisbon begins filling with visible masks. This workshop turns our attention towards the quieter ones we carry every day.
The versions of ourselves we show at work, in relationships, with family, or in unfamiliar spaces are not necessarily false. Some help us belong. Some protect us. Others may have become heavier than we realised.
The Mask & the Mirror is a two-hour mindful art workshop inviting you to explore these different parts of yourself through painting, reflection, and creative expression.
We’ll begin with a guided grounding practice before each participant receives a white mask to transform using paint, colour, symbols, words, and intuitive marks.
No artistic experience is required. This is not an art class, and there is no correct way for your mask to look. You decide what your artwork means, what you share, and what remains private.
You’ll leave with your painted mask, a personal reflection to carry forward, and perhaps a clearer view of the different parts of yourself that move through the world.

My 2026: Online Mindful Collage (Via zoom)
·OnlineOnlineA creative pause before the year ends.
As the year begins to wind down, there can be pressure to make sense of it all: celebrate what went well, let go of what didn't, set new goals, and somehow arrive in January ready to begin again.
But our lives rarely follow the calendar so neatly. Some things have changed. Some are still with us. Some remain unfinished. And some may not need an ending at all.
My 2026 is a two-hour mindful art workshop offering a different kind of year-end reflection, one without resolutions, forced positivity, or pressure to find closure.
Using magazines, images, words, colors, textures, and mixed-media materials, you'll create a personal collage exploring the year as you actually experienced it.
Through gentle guided prompts, we'll move around three ideas:- What has taken shape.
What became important, visible, different, or meaningful this year? - What am I carrying.
What remains present as the year comes to a close, without needing to label it as something to keep or let go? - What is still open.
What remains uncertain, unfinished, curious, or simply not yet known?
Your collage doesn't need to answer these questions neatly. Images can overlap. Things can contradict each other. Something can be covered, torn apart, rearranged, or left blank. That's part of the process.
A different kind of holiday-season pause
This time of year can hold many experiences at once: connection and distance, celebration and tiredness, belonging and loneliness, anticipation and uncertainty. Rather than asking how this season should feel, this workshop creates space to notice what is actually here.
We'll begin with a short grounding practice, move into guided collage-making, and end with an optional moment of reflection and a gentle closing.- You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels right.
- You don't need to be artistic
There is no correct composition and nothing you need to make beautiful. - This is not an art class and not group therapy. It is an art-therapy-informed mindful creative experience where the emphasis is on the process of making, noticing, and reflecting rather than artistic skill or interpretation.
Come alone or with someone you know. The group is intentionally small, creating space for individual reflection alongside the experience of creating with others.
What to expect
• Short grounding and arrival practice
• Guided year-end reflection
• Intuitive collage and mixed-media creation
• Time to slow down and create at your own pace
• Optional group sharing
• Gentle closing and integrationMaterials to prepare:
