Not all meditation is the same.

The ultimate freedom is to have a completely clear and free mind. The human mind is always changing and is always trying to add more desirable experiences. There is no end to this addition. The way to find peace and clarity is to know the real world, the True world, by subtracting the past that has been recorded and stored within the body and mind as pictures.

There is nothing more valuable than one's mind. It shapes the entire world that one knows. Through our meditation method the Universe mind will remain. This mind is always at peace regardless of conditions. It is the mind where there is no more ups and downs.

Become free of the limitations imposed by the past. These pictures dictate thoughts, emotions, desires, behaviors and health. Although these pictures are illusions, people unknowingly live within these illusions thinking they are real. Flushing meditation is a non-profit organization that exists for the sole purpose of bringing people out of the mind world they are living in which stress, fear, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, resentment, anger, judgment, separation, boredom, purposelessness... all sorts of pain and burden.

The human mind is an accumulation of pictures of the past which create false limitations, habits, and a fixed, narrower mind. By subtracting the human mind with the this method of meditation, people can remove the source of all disturbances. Even one's body will become healthier through practice since stress and other emotions cause so many health problems.

People live according to what they have in their minds. Through our meditation one's mind will change to the Universe mind and always follow the flow of nature. People will come to clearly know meaning and purpose in living.

Everyone from any background is warmly welcomed. Come to know Truth directly from within without any reference to what one has found or been told in the past. This meditation does not tell people to believe or not believe something, but through subtraction, they confirm for themselves. When the human mind changes to the Universe mind it is born again and never dies.

We will introduce your child to a simple guided meditation that will help them to overcome challenges and become truly happy, self-confident, and compassionate individuals.

Awaken and uplift your mind with readings for your daily dose of inspiration, motivation, and fulfillment in life. Our Inspirational Meditation session starts with a discussion on words of wisdom from great poets, philosophers, writers, scriptures, sages, saints, scientists, and even song writers.
Bring your morning tea or coffee and share your favorite writings, experiences, questions, or enlightenments with the group. Or sit back, listen, and enjoy as we find words to connect with the wisdom of the universe and shed light on our day.
After the readings and discussion, we will explain our meditation method and completely relax with a short guided meditation. Lighten your mind and let all that inspiration and wisdom soak in.

## A New Beginning

Let’s restart with a pure mind! Older and wiser adults have much life experiences to know that stress and pain are not worth holding on to. As a result, they understand the meditation principle of “”Letting Go”” well and are quickly able to feel benefits from the practice.
This is a life changing meditation that can bring lasting joy and happiness to anyone from age 6 to over 100. With our meditation method we reflect on our lives and let go of all the clutter we have been carrying. It is an opportunity to restart and walk forward with a pure and a grateful mind and heart.
Our program audience is for older adults, but all ages are welcome. We share personal stories that often hold the wisdom of a lifetime. There are lots of laughs and comradery. This is a particularly joyful gathering where you can’t help but feel the love and gratitude.
Learn and practice the principles of the meditation to cleanse the mind and see results quickly. Join us to share stories, laughs, love, and of course meditation.
