## I will only be there on Saturday and will be fishing in The Rainbow Trout Derby with Reel for recovery. See the Friends of the Fish Fair post on the Saturday the 21st for more information on the Derby. I do want to stop by Troutfest and be in the wonderful spiritual energy there. GRTU’s Troutfest TX is a nationally recognized event, and the largest of its kind in Texas, bringing out a crowd of over 4,000 people interested in fly fishing and preserving and protecting cold water fisheries. While we usually host a three-day event right on the Guadalupe River, this year we’re focusing our efforts on what matters most–supporting flood recovery through our “Mend the River” initiative. Join us on Saturday, February 21st for a special evening banquet that will keep our GRTU community connected while raising vital funds for river and community restoration.

This is a blast to attend! The fly casting classes, speakers and visting with fellow fishers is awesome.
