Fishing Excursion: South Fork San Gabriel River

This is a fun stretch of the South Fork. Often forgotten and overlooked. With the recent rain, it will be a good morning. If you haven't fished or explored this area, now is a great time to do so. There is a long deep pool, and and a couple smaller pools as well. I'm a fan of further up stream where a nice holding pond forms and I've had plenty of success there.
Start at daybreak and after a couple hours head over to the shop to support Living Waters!

Only way to access this location is to head south on 183 and turn onto River Run and park UNDER the bridge.
