About us
Welcome! Flying Buddha Studio is a movement community that offers a diverse range of aerial yoga and aerial arts experiences for both adults and kids, including lyra and aerial dance, alongside pole fitness, yoga wall, bungee fitness, and traditional yoga classes. For added convenience, we also provide online access to aerial yoga, yoga wall, and yoga classes.
In addition to our regular classes, we host specialized workshops and cater to individual preferences with private classes, studio space rentals, and private, customizable events.
We believe in the intrinsic goodness of moving mindfully, and that a holistic approach to the alignment of the physical and spiritual is the key to an enriched life. That means nurturing a community of inclusiveness, compassion, and support. It also means celebrating the place where serious practice and serious fun converge. Whether you’re an expert yogi or a complete beginner, you are welcome here!
Please note: attendees under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

She found early on that through sharing her practice, she could more effectively communicate through and with the rope. As she continues on her learning journey, she brings this “one bind fits somebody-but certainly not every body” explorative mindset as a leader, offering a safe space for questions and connection. As a passionate advocate for self exploration, she hopes to share how the practice of rope bondage can empower and foster deep trust and connection within oneself as well as with a chosen partner.
