Enjoy the process of continuing to build your strength on the pole by joining this pop-in session to strengthen and tone. This is a wonderful fun way to build on what you have learned and condition on the pole.
In this class we will stretch out and train on the pole. All while building your endurance. We will hold poses for longer periods of time, learn new moves, and tone that core – all while building strength!
Prerequisites: Pole Foundations.
This class is limited to 5 students so please sign up early to reserve your spot.
