Extending the heart of Flying Buddha into a new setting, ON St. Elmo features live entertainment and aerial performance art in a vibrant and inclusive space.
With over a decade of teaching experience and deep roots in anatomy-based movement and accessibility, Sarah brings a grounded, compassionate, and innovative approach to teacher training. She is especially passionate about empowering students to teach authentically and inclusively, honoring each individual’s body, background, and journey.
