Flying Buddha Kids Winter Retreat takes place during school break and is three days of activities that will help your kids reset and recharge, learn fun aerial skills, and connect with other kids with similar interests.
Similar to our summer camps we will teach kids to play and move mindfully through a variety of activities: traditional yoga, aerial yoga, aerial arts (including lyra, aerial dance), juggling, breathwork/meditation, tie dying a FBS t-shirt, and sensory activities.
Ages 6 – 11 and older.
Camp is limited to 15 students. Our schedule is TBD. Stay tuned for more!
Upon registering please email us your child’s shirt size by 12/15/25 so we can order the appropriate amount of t-shirts for our tie dying activity.
Cost of workshop: $270 (includes healthy snacks and Flying Buddha t-shirt)
