Lyra Flair & Spin Entry Workshop

In this workshop, students will learn multiple ways to initiate spin on the lyra, maintain momentum, and prevent unwanted orbiting. The class will focus on spin theory, proper body positioning, and creative ways to engage with the lyra while spinning.
