Listen-n-chat pub evening in Bristol

Join us for a relaxed pub-evening of listening to a range of tracks (recorded) in a number of styles, and chatting about them and future things for the group as we go. Typically music will be along the lines of modern folk-rock, medieval-rock, medieval electronica, folk-metal, and so on (not traditional folk!).

No instruments at this evening's gathering, just listening to recorded tracks and chatting, but the future aim is to start open-sessions for these kind of tracks soon ... If you're a musician and interested in playing at future sessions once they start please get in touch.

There are some Spotify example-playlists under the user "FRGP" - if you haven't got Spotify there are similar example tracks linked in our group's main description that you can listen to on YouTube.
If you have any flu-like symptoms please don't attend our gatherings until you've fully recovered - thanks.
We cover a range of musical genres as in the main description - we'll also start some open-sessions playing some of these tracks live in jam sessions if enough musicians come along.

Please buy a drink at the bar to support the pub letting us use their space. If anyone wants to eat something, the Hatchet does great food!
