About us
Follow Your Dreaming
A worldwide community for exploring dreams, relationships, conflicts, inner polarities, creativity, AI, and the unexpected parts of ourselves.
What if the experiences that confuse us, disturb us, fascinate us, or keep repeating are not simply problems to solve, but something worth following?
A strange dream.
A recurring conflict with your partner.
Two completely opposite desires inside you.
An unexpected body sensation.
A relationship pattern you can’t seem to escape.
An unusual connection with an AI.
We call this Dreaming.
Follow Your Dreaming is an international online community where we explore these experiences through Process Work, Deep Democracy, body awareness, imagination, movement, play, and curiosity.
Our approach is experiential.
Rather than immediately explaining or analyzing an experience, we slow down and follow what’s actually happening.
We notice signals. Amplify them. Play with them. Feel them. Give different parts a voice. And see where the process wants to take us.
Sometimes a conflict reveals something completely unexpected.
Sometimes a dream introduces you to a part of yourself you didn’t know existed.
Sometimes exploring two opposing positions changes the way you see a relationship.
And sometimes things simply get wonderfully weird.
What do we explore?
Our online sessions and workshops cover different aspects of human experience, including:
- Dreams & Dreamwork: night dreams, recurring dreams, dream characters, images and unusual experiences
- Relationships: attraction, distance, intimacy, recurring patterns and the dynamics between people
- Conflicts & Polarities: working with opposing positions, inner conflicts and seemingly incompatible parts of ourselves
- Relationships with AI: exploring what happens psychologically and relationally as AI becomes increasingly present in our lives
- Body & Awareness: sensations, spontaneous movements, symptoms and subtle signals
- Creativity & Expression: imagination, movement, play and unexpected impulses
- Personal & Collective Processes: exploring what happens within us, between us and in the groups and communities we belong to
Different events explore different topics.
Some will be Dream Circles. Others might focus on relationships, conflicts, AI, creativity, body experiences, group dynamics, or something we haven’t explored yet.
The common thread is following the process rather than deciding in advance where it should go.
What happens at our events?
We host free online experiential sessions, workshops and conversations for people around the world.
Some sessions include exercises. Some involve working with individual participants. Some happen in pairs or small groups. Some begin with a particular topic and lead somewhere none of us expected.
You don’t need previous experience with Process Work, psychology or dreamwork.
Bring an experience you’d like to explore, or simply bring your curiosity.
Who are we?
We’re Yaroslava Matveychuk and Ivan Golyakov, Process Work practitioners and facilitators.
Between us are many years of psychology, psychoanalysis, somatic work, mindfulness, facilitation, education and work with individuals and groups.
Yaroslava has worked with people for more than ten years, facilitated around 5,000 individual sessions and taught more than 1,000 students. Ivan’s path has taken him through psychology, psychoanalysis, somatic work, facilitation, coaching, entrepreneurship and community building.
Today our work is grounded primarily in Process Work and Deep Democracy.
We’re less interested in explaining to someone who they are.
We’re much more interested in creating the conditions where they can encounter something about themselves, another person, or the world that they didn’t know before.
Who is this for?
You might enjoy this community if you’re interested in:
Psychology. Dreams. Relationships. Consciousness. AI. Conflict. Creativity. Bodywork. Personal development. Altered states. Group dynamics. Or simply the strange experience of being human.
You might be a psychologist, coach, facilitator, artist, entrepreneur, researcher, creator, teacher, community builder, or none of those things.
No particular identity or background is required.
Bring something you’re curious about.
A dream. A relationship. A conflict. A question. A contradiction.
Let’s follow it and see where it takes us.
🌍 Online sessions. People from anywhere in the world are welcome.
Follow Your Dreaming is an experiential and educational practice. Our events are not clinical psychotherapy or emergency mental health services.
