The Fogo de Chao market table, which is what they call their buffet table, is fantastic with a couple dozen different items, including smoked salmon, Italian cold cuts, European cheeses. Delicious exotic fruit, vegetables, and enticing salads plus Brazilian soup.
You may decide to order from their meat offering if you wish at additional cost. To add on the Braziilian cut of meat picanha is $12. The full churasco experience with all their meats is about $55 or $65.
