I have eaten at 20 dim sum palaces in SoCal. I never counted but it's a lot.
Lunasia flagship restaurant in Alhambra is hands down the BEST.
I have a reservation with Open Table with my credit card so I will need a
$10 zelle deposit to save your spot. Fully refundable in cash at the restaurant.

at least 48 to 72 hours notice if you must cancel
the event host will do the ordering with the input of the other diners at the table.
guesstimate cost is $60 but bring $75 in cash. it is better to have too much than not enough.
