As I write this event post, I struggled to adequately describe this event. Then I found the video of last year's event and it became crystal clear to me what a great event this will be! Basically, there's approximately 500 vendors of gourmet food products, wines, restaurant suppliers, wholesale and retail vendors and many offering tastings of their many products! Duck confit, truffle butters, artisan oils, vinegars, chacuterie, cheeses, pastas direct from the farm or producers of premium and super premium food products. From French Cognacs of 1917 to super premium sakes, wines from around the world... Meet the suppliers that supply the upper echelon restaurants in L.A. and across the nation.
